Overview

The Chapel of Saint Epiphanius in Pachna is a small but charming place of worship located five to six kilometers south of the village, overlooking the scenic Paralimni river. Despite its location in a rugged terrain, this chapel is a testament to the spiritual devotion of the locals, who come to light candles and pay their respects to the saint. Although the chapel is currently in ruins, traces of the wall paintings that once adorned its interior can still be seen. In the past, a festival was held on May 12th to honor the memory of Saint Epiphanius, making this chapel a significant cultural and religious landmark in the area.
